We only hire bouncy castles for outdoor use on grass.
Not on concrete, astroturf, or decking, due to safety regulations. This ensures proper staking and your safety.
Please ensure the grassy area is flat and clear of debris before your scheduled castle delivery.
Soft play equipment cannot be hired for outdoor use due to health and hygiene reasons.
Please make sure you have read our Terms & Conditions and FAQs before booking any inflatable.
Please ensure there is adequate space for our equipment, that the placement area is accessible, and that it is clear of any mess or debris. Note that we cannot provide a refund if delivery is not possible due to insufficient space, accessibility issues, or an inappropriate location.
